Automatic conversion of RGB/CMYK artworks to different formats/resolutions (jpeg, tiff, gif, eps, pdf, psd, etc.)
Intuitive and powerful search. Search either via simple keyword entry, or build up advanced search criteria on any technical or metadata field in the system. the search engine supports stemming, misspellings, thesaurus, boolean searching and suggestions. You can also search through the full text of PDF, Word, PowerPoint and other document types is also available.
Shortcuts/Aliases. Ability to have assets showing up in multiple folders without copying the physical assets.
Related assets. Ability to relate multiple assets to each other. Can either be used to relate assets which belong conceptually together (e.g. showing other assets with the same theme), or can be used to relate assets which belong together technically (e.g. a master Indesign or Quark document with related placed artworks).
All asset types. System can be used for all types of asset management which an organisation may have (Image management, Document Management, Repro Artwork, Video/Sound).
Detailed level of control on security to folders and features. IP address or HTTPS security is possible if necessary
Approval process workflow
System can be integrated with 3rd party applications. E.g. Artwork repository can be integrated with a website Content Management System, so business users don't have to do any manual image manipulation. Artwork can be requested and automatically transformed by automated systems via COM, .NET and HTTP calls (charges may apply)
Artwork in other asset management systems can be referenced/indexed via FTP/HTTP (charges may apply).
Full audit trail and reporting on all user actions, e.g. most popular artworks, most active users, most active groups, etc.
