Emailworkz® full feature List

Integration with our web content management system Contentworkz®, i.e. forms created in Emailworkz will automatically be available for publishing through Contentworkz.
No technical/HTML knowledge required to create forms.
Ability to share form-fields across different forms.
Form fields: Single and multiline text, integer, decimal, date, date/time, select/ drop-down, radio buttons, check boxes, multi-select.
The data from each form submission can be emailed to one or more nominated people within your organisation (different people can receive the result of different forms).
The system can generate an auto-response to the person filling in the form.
Forms can be exported and either used with their default look, or they can be styled in e.g. Dreamweaver or GoLive.
All or selected data can be exported to spreadsheet format.
All data collected through forms can be searched in a structured manner on all form fields and/or per form.
New registrant data can be entered by administrators directly in web-interface (e.g. for inputting data from printed questionnaires).
Fields to de-dupe on can be selected (typically either email address or firstname+ surname+postcode).
Data stored in Microsoft SQL Server.
Emailers can either be plain text or HTML.
All HTML links are automatically tracked.
Ability to schedule campaigns for a particular date and time.
Automatic bounce and unsubscribe handling.
Form reporting: Statistics on all qualitative form fields, text export on all quantitative fields. Cross-tabbing between all qualitative form fields.
Email reporting: Statistics on emails sent, invalid email addresses, bounces, unsubscribes, click-through rates on individual links.
Admin interface can be branded to your corporate identity.
Different administrators can be given different levels of access.
