Brief
Mind's previous site was unwieldy, expensive to maintain and in desperate need of both new design and technology to move forward. They required a full content management system and an eCommerce solution that was able to handle numerous content contributors and over 2000 pages of content.
 
Solution
GlobusMedia implemented a Microsoft .NET content management solution and integrated this with Online Store Builder eCommerce technology to give a consistent and comprehensive website. Due to the size of the site, an advanced search engine was also integrated. This, coupled with clear and clean design by RobsonCrome Design, now makes finding relevant information quick and easy.
 
With the content now being entered by relevant divisions of Mind and submitted to the site manager for approval, the process of adding and updating new information has improved dramatically. The website is now able to be used both internally by Mind's telephone support division, and externally by the general public as a huge resource in dealing with mental health in the community.
