Brief
As one of Formula One's newest teams, Honda Racing F1 has rocketed up the Grand Prix grid, finishing second only to Ferrari in the 2004 FIA Constructors' World Championship.
With their growing successes, organizing and distributing all the images became a problem. Honda needed to have the ability to get the images from the races rapidly out to the journalists and make all the internal images available to the correct employees in the correct format.
Solution
After a thorough search through the market for a DAM system, Honda approached us for our Digital Asset Management system, Brandworkz®. We implemented Brandworkz Enterprise® to enable a truly scalable system, which could grow with the number of images and users, yet easy to use for external agencies to access it with various different permissions.
To enable strong archiving and searching, Honda utilises the powerful meta-sets functionality to ensure that the correct information is attached to the relevant asset.
