Easy-to-use web interface

Through the easy to use web interface users can upload, organize, and download artwork files and additional project information.
Brandworkz® handles nearly all types of artwork files, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand, PDF, bmp, gif, jpg, png, tiff, and more.

Artwork is uploaded and organised in folders and sub-folders, then easily re-organised, renamed, duplicated or updated, with Brandworkz taking care that your brand users never lose track and always get the latest version of your files.

As a Brandworkz administrator, you can set up a fully scalable project folder structure, suitable for in-house use or spanning several projects and companies.
You can let your Brandworkz users do the uploading of artwork files, or you can upload multiple files in bulk, and then organize them online.

As a Brandworkz user, you can browse project folders, search artwork files through an advanced search interface, see automatically created thumbnail previews of artwork as well as their description and any related information.

You can download the available artwork individually, or collect and organise it in your personal "lightboxes". From a lightbox, you can conveniently download artwork collections as a single compressed .zip (or .sit) archive. You can also send lightboxes to other system users, e.g. in order to tell them about a group of images you selected for a layout, or asking them to approve some artwork.

If you have an artwork that you need to share with other brand users, you simply upload it to an existing or new folder. Whenever an artwork file has been updated, Brandworkz takes care that only the latest version will be used across the system, making sure that everyone on the team is looking at, and talking about, the same thing.

You will be able to perform all these tasks through an intuitive interface in your web browser.
