Brandworkz® recognizes that, in managing a branding project, you do not always want everybody to have access to all your artwork files. Therefore, Brandworkz gives you full control over security and access settings for individual users and for each project folder. This allows you to create project-based teams or sub-teams with access to one project only, or "super-users" with access to the full system.
As a Brandworkz administrator, you can set up login, password and other details for your Brandworkz users and set their access rights. You can go with the default settings for new users or specify exactly who will be able to see, modify or add project folders or artwork files. Depending on the level of control you require over your brand assets, you can, with a few mouse clicks, create a virtually open working environment or develop a highly individualized hierarchical system.
Brandworkz also lets you set up workflow procedures to integrate even more of your business processes into the system. This gives you an "information hub" which brings together all users of your brand, in different companies or across many countries, around the clock.
On a more technical level, Brandworkz can be integrated with HTTPS (Secure Server) or restricted IP address security functionality. This is recommended for sensitive artwork files, such as new logos before your new brand has been launched.
As a Brandworkz user, all you have to do in order to get started is open your web browser and log on, using your personal Brandworkz login and password. You will then be able to view and access all artwork folders and features that your administrator has made available to you. Projects or special folders for which you have no access rights will simply be hidden from you, thereby also keeping your workspace interface clean and reduced to the essential items.
As a business user, you might have access to a selection of quick-download options with pre-set parameters (for size, file type etc.) so you don't need to worry about technical details. A designer or artworker may have access to the full set online file manipulations - so you can specify precisely how you wish to download your artwork.
If you have created an artwork that you need to share with other brand users, simply upload it to the appropriate folder, or, if you have the necessary permission, you can instantly create new folders on the system.
