Store unlimited meta data and related information

Sophisticated information tagging is one of the most powerful features of Brandworkz®.
Any information that relates to or describes a specific artwork is called metadata.

The metadata you wish to use might initially only be simple image captions or search keywords and image descriptions, but can easily be extended to store any amount of information grouped around an artwork, such as articles, press releases on a product, technical specifications and usage etc.

All metadata can also be included in the system search, thereby allowing efficient retrieval of files and all related information.

Unlike other brand management systems, Brandworkz lets you set up and use completely customizable sets of metadata, letting you specify exactly which type and amount of related information you wish to collect from users uploading files. This can be developed into a highly efficient way of organising documents and other information along with artwork files.

As a Brandworkz administrator you will be able to access a screen where you can set up your own forms for use across the system. You can create and assign "meta data sets" consisting of any number of text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes etc. and specify which fields must be filled in and which ones are optional.

If you are organizing several projects, e.g. several brands, in your Brandworkz system, you can set up a different "metadata set" for each folder, thereby collecting precisely the type of information you and your clients need for each group of artwork files. Whenever new artwork is uploaded, this data needs to be filled in.

As a Brandworkz user you will be able to see all relevant information, documents etc. together with a thumbnail picture on each artwork screen. You will be able to search e.g. "royalty free" or the keyword "best practise" when looking for a graphic.
When uploading new artwork files, you will be asked to also provide the related information in an easy to use online form.
